Will not recommend to anyone ever. Called the week prior to make an appointment. Day of appointment, no call, no show. Hours later, I called and receptionist provided a whole line of excuses; their busy schedule to computer issues, but no apology. Asked if I would've been notified had I not called, got more excuses. Reiterated details on the services I needed looked at, was met with uncertainty whether anyone would be available; had to call around. Then hit me with an extra expensive fee, not communicated when the original appointment was made, to have one person come with a camera to inspect the issue, possibly another person to potentially fix the issue. Multiple people, multiple services, multiple fees. The entire conversation was filled with excuses and when I finally said I was not moving forward with the missed appointment, her response was simply "I understand". Based on some of the negative reviews, I'm not alone recognizing that their service lacks consistency. Steer clear!

Our basement was flooding and backed up due to the series of storms. I knew something was wrong with our sump pump, but we weren’t sure exactly what. Wayne came over and was able to point out the issue almost immediately. Took him about 15 minutes of work, and everything was draining outside as it should. He was very reasonable and respectful. I would definitely work with him again in the future!

The good news is they're doing well and don't need your business. You can call; you can have them add you to their list; one of their plumbers will even call and text. But when you call back three minutes later, it goes to voicemail. And when you text, they reply 'they took me off your name so someone else should be getting ahold of you'. But no one ever does. Like I said, they don't need your business.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service I received. I called on Wednesday to make an appointment to have a floor drain cleared and chose Friday from 12-4PM from their available appointments. I took the day off of work so I could be available. I didn't want to be one of those annoying people that calls within their arrival time for a status update, so I waited until 4:15PM to call to get an ETA. The tech called me back at 4:40PM and said that neither he nor his boss had my trip on his books so if I wanted him to come out now it was going to be the after hours rate, otherwise I'd have to wait until Monday AM to callback and try to set another appointment. I asked why their error would now be my expense and who I could talk to about a resolution because it was not even 5PM yet, I couldn't wait until Monday, and I didn't want to pay extra for their mistake. He said he'd have his boss call me. Well, it's now Tuesday afternoon and I have yet to receive a call...All businesses make mistakes, but they couldn't even have the courtesy to call and discuss, apologize, or reschedule.

Had an extremely unprofessional tech, from the moment he entered our home he cursed and complained about everything. He seemed to be more concerned about what we were doing and not what he was there to do. Never actually told us the issue just told us our plumbing was all messed up. Overall very unpleasant experience and a waste of money!

I contacted roto rooter today January 06, 2020 they will able to come out the same day and actually the price they charge was considerably less than their competition in greater Des Moines
